Acceptance of the order
We confirm that your order has been accepted in an email. The sale is not final until dosMares confirms your order.
dosMares reserves the right to not confirm an order for any specific reason, such as product stocks, issues with the order received, abnormal orders or foreseen problems with delivery. dosMares will notify customers in any of these cases.
Availability of products and service
All orders are subject to the availability of the products requested in our general stock. If there are issues in providing the products ordered or there aren’t any more items in stock, we will reimburse you for any amount you may have paid.
Payment shall be made via the PayPal platform, using a PayPal account, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through the Redsys platform.
You can pay directly through the PayPal payment platform (with a PayPal account or credit card), via the Redsys payment platform for Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard or Maestro cards, or using an ApplePay account. To minimise the risk of unauthorised access, your card details will be encoded.
By clicking on “Authorise payment” you are confirming that you are the cardholder or have the necessary authorisation from the cardholder and that you are in no way acting fraudulently.
Credit cards are subject to verification and authorisation by the issuing body, but if said body does not authorise payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or failure to deliver and we will not be able to enter into a Contract with you.
You expressly authorise us to issue an electronic bill, although you may request a paper invoice at any time, which we will issue and send upon request.
The prices on the Website are listed in Euro. Taxes are included in the prices on the Website. Prices may change at any time, although any changes will not affect orders already placed if you have received an Order confirmation.
Shipping and handling
Shipping and returns are free in Spain. Goods are dispatched daily from Monday to Friday. Once your order has been received, it will be delivered within 24-48 hours in Spain (weekend orders are shipped on Monday), and within 2 to 5 business days in the rest of Europe. International orders from outside the European union will be delivered within 3-10 bussiness days. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. dosMares is no responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the purchaser's responsibility. Shipping in Spain is included in the price of products and charges of max €20 shall apply to orders sent to the rest of Europe, €30 for shipments to the USA and €50 to the rest of the world.
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you aren’t, you can return it within 15 days of receiving your order. To process your return, contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of receiving your order and explain why you want to return it. In response to this email, you will receive information regarding your decision to withdraw from the contract and details on how to return the item (shipping instructions and address). Once the product has been returned, we will reimburse you for the purchase price. The amount will be refunded via the original payment method.

Items must be in perfect conditions with the corresponding tags protection device and receipt. Otherwise, dosMares reserves the right to not accept the return. Products received in poor conditions will not be accepted for return either.
